By accessing FinanceSplitter, you are implicitly agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, and any local laws applying to usage of interactive tools.
2. Use License
This is a personal finance tool intended for fair and helpful use among groups of friends, family, or colleagues. Application holds software patent values.
3. Disclaimer
The materials are essentially provided on an "As is" basis without warranty of any degree attached to their operation output.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Administrator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, loss of financial profit) arising out of technical failures, service interruptions, or the erroneous input of mathematical parameters by entities utilizing the application environment.
5. Exclusion of Financial Brokerage
The Application operates strictly in an estimative and informational capacity (serving as a digital ledger). At no point does the Service participate in the brokerage of financial assets, nor does it integrate with interbank settlement systems (e.g., wire transfers or clearinghouses). All actual monetary transfers remain the sole responsibility and discretion of the Users and must be executed entirely outside the Service environment.
